Potential Economics & Tax Treatment

Investors may benefit from tax treatments commonly associated with oil & gas investments such as IDC deductions, tangible drilling cost depreciation, and percentage depletion. Mesa’s materials also reference provisions that may allow accelerated cost recovery for certain well costs. Tax outcomes depend on individual circumstances — investors should review the full pro forma and consult their tax advisor.
